i3GlobalSecurity is a division of i3GS, LLC, a company that offers extensive line of Special Investigations, Background Investigations, Asset Tracing / Recovery Management, Uniformed Security Services (Armed/Unarmed) & Security Consulting and Security Risk Assessments.  In addition, we provide C-Level Executive Protection services.  The firm consists of one senior executive officer, a senior advisory board and a law enforcement / business advisory board with a combined diversified industry experience of over 150+ years. The company was formed to take advantage of the significant weakness and inadequacies in local, regional, and national companies in terms of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Our firm relies 100% on the advisory boards.  Our corporate office is located in Central Florida; however our network of affiliates & associates goes from Coast-to-Coast in the U.S.  and in offshore jurisdictions such as Latin America and the Caribbean.  In addition, we have significant relationships with numerous investigatory entities in Canada, United Kingdom and Asia.

The firm’s primary target market is throughout the US, with a focus market segment within our geographic market that will include corporate businesses, government agencies, residential property managements, commercial facilities and high profile executive. Industry competition comes in several forms, typically defined by firm size and scope of service line. Our most significant competition will be small to mid-sized agencies that operate in the market of the state of Florida. We have identified several competitors that are considered closely matched to our firm based on size and service line.  However, none of the competitors analyzed offer the extensive line of professional services that our firm offers, nor are they client-centric in their market approach.  i3GlobalSecurity will capitalize on the significant weakness of our direct competitors to establish our firm as a market leader. There are also larger, well known firms operating in the State of Florida, however, these companies are generalist in nature and do not focus on a niche market.  Furthermore, they tend to employ special agents who have limited experience, suffer from high turnover rates, and are focused on servicing a high volume of clients.  As a result, these larger competitors tend to take a “mass production” approach towards the industry and lack customer focus in their service delivery.

The company ‘s CEO and the members of the advisory board have expansive industry experience in military, government and corporate businesses gained with specific expertise that make this firm balanced.  i3GlobalSecurity services will bring a fresh perspective to the industry.  i3GlobalSecurity is priced at the mid-to-upper range of what the market currently bears.  The pricing fits with the general positioning of our firm, providing high-level expertise.  Sales estimates projects revenues of approximately $1.4 million in the first year, and $1.7 million by the third year.  This projections contained herein are authentic and will be used as the budget for business.
